Single Vendor
Advantage
You receive comprehensive service from Executive Data Systems.
Everything is guaranteed to work together. We meet all your
automation needs from simple hardware issues to complex
consulting projects.
Emphasis on High
Quality, Industry Standard Components
Our system designs adhere to industry standards. These designs
revolve around standard components, specifically incorporating
the highest quality available. The entire system consists of
easy-to-buy, easy-to-service IBM-compatible PCs.
Factory Direct Products
Dealing direct with the manufacturer provides a high comfort
level with most law practices. Bypassing the “reseller”
affords the client more communication with the factory and
input into the future software releases. In addition, a high
level of redundancy and reliability is designed into your
network because your factory-direct guarantee is on the whole
system, not just the parts.
We Don’t Take Downtime
Lightly
Executive Data "systems" focus on maximizing
attorney productivity and increasing the law office’s bottom
line. We don't take downtime lightly because it is expensive.
Our PerfectLaw networks are designed to be fault tolerant. In
other words, critical components are duplicated so that in the
event of a hardware failure, a twin part running in parallel
carries the system. Or, the broken part is unplugged and its
replacement is plugged in by the client and the system can be
immediately restarted (customer reconfiguration). Critical
care downtime is limited to at most, a few minutes.

EDSi’s
stability is evident in its products, its people, and its
management. The original partners still run the company with
the same client focus and commitment they began with. Our
senior engineers draw on technical expertise and extensive
knowledge of accounting and law firm management when they
design, configure, install, and support advanced local area
networks. Many of the talented and dedicated technical experts
at Executive Data Systems, Inc. hold either engineering or
computer science degrees, have “Big Six” accounting firm
experience, and are certified Microsoft trainers.
